The marked answer in the current Steam discussion reports that an online order with cleaning, repair, painting and Firmware Update appeared around day 78 and unlocked the achievement after completion. Other players report similarly late orders, so the day number is not a guaranteed spawn point. Check the order list before ending each day and do not count stickers as one of the four required services.

A newer player report says an eligible clean-and-repair order can unlock Jack when the device also supports Firmware Update and the player adds a custom paint job plus Firmware Update before delivery. This is not the marked answer and has not been independently reproduced here. Treat it as a low-risk experiment on a protected save, not as the official or guaranteed route.

If Jack of all trades does not unlock
Confirm that every service belonged to the same delivered order and that the device actually completed Firmware Update. Keep Steam online, finish delivery, allow the save cycle to complete and check the achievement list again. If it still fails, record the game build, in-game day, full order card, device, four completion states and whether you used the listed order or the reported shortcut.
What patch 1.0.011r changed
The official 1.0.011r notes list “Fixed Jack of all trades achievement.” This is historical fix evidence, not a new unlock condition. On build 1.0.015, follow the public four-service requirement first and describe any current failure separately from launch-period reports.

Record one complete four-service delivery
Use one evidence record for one order instead of combining screenshots from several jobs. Capture the accepted order card before work, the same device after each requested service is complete, and the delivery or achievement result. The record should show the build, in-game day, device, order source and whether Firmware Update was listed or added. This does not make the provisional shortcut official; it makes a failed or successful attempt possible to compare without guessing.

Keep the confirmed route separate from experiments
The strongest documented route remains an order that lists all four services. Adding paint or Firmware Update to a smaller order is a player-reported experiment, so label it that way even if it works on one save. Do not merge two deliveries, count a sticker as painting, or treat an installed tool as proof that Firmware Update ran. If an attempt fails, return to the protected save, change one condition, and keep the original record. Stop repeating the same unchanged attempt after one clean delivery; collect the order card and result, then compare it with the recorded route or report it with the current build. Repetition without a changed condition adds no diagnostic evidence and can overwrite the useful pre-delivery save. Note whether Steam was online before delivery so another player can distinguish order logic from achievement synchronization.
