Start with the matching page below. Preserve the original save before any destructive test and record the current build. The latest complete public patch notes remain 1.0.013r; hotfix 1.0.015 addresses the rock-musician guitar blocker, not every later story or competition report.
| Area | Current symptom | Status / guide |
|---|---|---|
| Story | No NPCs after Brick Game or rival hand-in | Developer acknowledged — Story Not Progressing |
| Competition | Invisible box, XI-box screw or drive cannot be selected | Developer acknowledged / player reported — Competition Soft Lock |
| Tools | Upgrades appear gone after the ending | Player reported — Tools Reset After Ending |
| Device | XI-box assembly and cleaning blockers | Player reported — XI-box Guide |
| Performance | Alt-tab crash, graphics control disabled or reverting | Player reported — Performance Guide |
| Achievement | Route or counter does not unlock as expected | Watching — Achievements Guide |
Safe troubleshooting order
Update first, confirm the symptom on one protected save, then use the smallest reversible test. Check To-Do, mail, active orders, delivery and storage boxes before assuming story data is corrupt. For device or competition failures, capture the last valid layer and the first missing hit target.

Orders begin at the counter. Read the request, then check the To-Do list before deciding that progress is blocked.
How status labels work
Official fixed means a developer patch note names the defect. Developer acknowledged means the team replied but no public fix is confirmed. Player reported means the symptom has a traceable report and may be save-specific. Watching means evidence is still too mixed for a guaranteed workaround.
September 14 preparation
The September 14 update officially promises more story, one new character, one new gadget, and a long-term roadmap. No public character name, gadget name, unlock requirement, or newer full patch note was found in the September 7 check. Keep current workarounds dated so launch-day behavior can replace them cleanly.

Official information, observable release behavior, and community reports are deliberately separated. A community report is not presented as a universal fix until it can be reproduced or supported by current patch notes.
