If parts still do not appear after the license
Do not spend repeatedly or overwrite your only save. Confirm the Robby License, close and reopen the in-game store once, check both the Parts Store and Marketplace, then capture the build number, missing part, license screen and store result. Report that evidence if the listing remains absent.
