Choose the positive Hashimoto and Eggotchi outcomes
When Hashimoto brings his Pokia, offer to handle the repair for free and ask about its history. For the Eggotchi request, restore the stored data instead of treating the job as a screen-only repair. These choices open the fuller versions of both stories.
A completed repair can unlock the next dialogue, achievement, or story beat. Save before mutually exclusive choices when the route matters.
Help the Student and former Gangster
Hear the Student out and help with his confession rather than dismissing the request. When the Gangster's device exposes information that could send him to prison, do not report him; continue helping him move toward legitimate work. These are story spoilers, so preserve an earlier save if you also want to view the opposite routes.
How to know the route is working
Look for later visits and conversations. The positive route is tracked through customer callbacks rather than a visible morality meter. If a key customer disappears without resolving their story, reload the closest pre-hand-in save instead of replaying unrelated shop days.
Happy versus Secret Ending
The Happy Ending needs the four positive arc resolutions. The Secret Ending continues beyond them and requires their hidden follow-up scenes as well. A Happy route is therefore the correct foundation for a Secret route, but it is not automatically the complete hidden route.
Efficient Happy Ending playthrough
Use one main positive-route save and four branch checkpoints. Complete ordinary repairs and shop upgrades naturally, but pause before returning the Pokia, Eggotchi, Student-related job, and Gangster device. After each successful conversation, continue until the next visit or story acknowledgment proves that the arc registered, then make a new checkpoint. This prevents a late discovery that one early hand-in used the wrong dialogue. You do not need to maximize money, own every license, win every competition, or finish every achievement for this ending; protect cash only so the shop remains healthy enough to reach the customer scenes.
What does not define the Happy Ending
The documented trigger is the set of four positive customer arcs, not a shop-rating threshold or a final morality choice. Repairs still matter because they deliver the devices that carry those stories, but a technically perfect bench does not replace the relationship decisions. Likewise, taking longer than the approximate completion time does not invalidate the route. If you are unsure, review whether each person received the positive outcome: Hashimoto's free repair, Eggotchi data restoration, Student support, and the Gangster's second chance. These four answers are more useful than comparing day count, cash balance, decoration, or marketplace activity.
